Scholarships
ARTE has awarded over $133,900 in scholarships since 2004. Applicants must be of Hispanic / Latino descent and must have lived in Connecticut for a minimum of one year. U.S. citizenship is not required. Scholarship awards are based on funding and the number of qualified applications received.
